I have already posted on the forums a little, but it seems appropriate to tell everyone exactly who I am. My name is Hannah and I belong to the clan of Krynicki. Three interesting things about myself:
1. I like writing fantasy, arguing about history, studying psychology, and reading Tolkien
2. I have four younger sisters and five younger brothers and have based at least at least two characters on a few of them
3. I can’t write a good romance novel to save my lifeSo there you have it. Good to meet y’all!
January 12, 2016 at 11:29 am #8385How dee ya do?
As I like to say, welcome to the bestistest place on the internet!
It sound’s like you’ve already had some good fun writing truck loads of exciting story stuff. How’s that going?
By the way, I’m the least experienced and most vocal writer here, which is to say that if you’re running short on time you can just read everybody else’s comments. But it really is a pity to be to rushed at this place because, like I said, it is bestistest.
By the way, how do you pronounce your last name? Is it like yCry-Nickee

January 12, 2016 at 11:30 am #8386Hmm, somehow a y snuck in there. You can ignore it. I’ll need to improve my internet security.

January 12, 2016 at 11:49 am #8387Welcome to the forum @Hannah-Krynicki! Always glad to have a newbie on here. 🙂 The problem with newbies is, they don’t stay that way. 😉 😛
What kind of fantasy do you like to write? More of a historical style (like Tolkien) or incredibly fantastic fantasy? Like— really weird, awesome stuff that I don’t have a term for without going into a 200,000 page essay. Not that Tolkien isn’t awesome— he’s my absolute favorite author, but you know, there are different styles out there.
Anyway. I tend to ramble. Welcome again! 😀
January 12, 2016 at 1:50 pm #8388Hi, Hannah! I love to write fantasy, too! 🙂
January 12, 2016 at 3:23 pm #8389Hi, Hannah! Welcome to Kingdom Pen! I write fantasy as well.
Wow, I thought two brothers was a lot. What’s it like with 5?
January 12, 2016 at 3:33 pm #8390Hi there. What part of history do you like to argue about?
January 12, 2016 at 9:43 pm #8394Ahem, ahem I’m back. @daeus *sneaked not snuck. (By the way my missed presence here doesn’t mean that you guys haven’t been making grammatical errors. I’m just swamped with work.)
Hi Hannah! I like studying psychology and reading Tolkien too. I have five younger sisters and two brothers. Must be so fun at your family with so many kids around! Okay I’ll be off now. Hope to see you more on this forum though!
January 13, 2016 at 8:51 am #8395Hmmmmmm, the dictionary says this.
sneak |snēk|
verb (past sneaked or informal snuck)I’d consider myself a fairly informal person over all.

January 13, 2016 at 1:28 pm #8403Welcome @Hannah-Krynicki! I love fantasy too. Are you working on a fantasy story right now?
INTJ - Inhumane. No-feelings. Terrible. Judgment and doom on everyone.
January 13, 2016 at 3:58 pm #8406Hello, everyone! Boy, I really need to check the forums more often. 🙂
@daeus Pretty close. It’s Polish, so we say it “kruh-nickee”. And I think extra y’s are permissible in the bestistest forums, right?
@belegteleri It’s just like having two brothers, but more than double the mess and the fun. Lots of sword fights and army guys.
@dbhgodreigns I like any history, but especially British history and the finer points of World Wars I and II.Everyone else: Yes, I love fantasy and have two works in progress right now. One is a coming of age fantasy, and the other is a swashbuckling musketeer-style story. So, @kate-flournoy, I’m guessing they’re along the lines of historical fantasy.
January 13, 2016 at 4:11 pm #8407@Hannah-Krynicki I suppose them just being in the bestistest place makes them bestister.

January 13, 2016 at 5:29 pm #8408Hey, Hannah! Great to have you here! 🙂
Well, looks like we’re even on the brother count, but you’ve got me beat on sisters. 😛January 13, 2016 at 6:48 pm #8409You do have a nice big family, @Hannah-Krynicki! I have four brothers and five sisters— just the opposite! It’s quite an adventure, isn’t it? 😉
January 14, 2016 at 12:50 am #8411Welcome, Hannah! It’s always good to see new faces here on the forum. 🙂
I’ve got 5 brothers, too! My one little sis and I are severely outnumbered…but neither of us mind. Brothers are awesome. 🙂
