Some of you might know me from Aetherlight. I heard about Kingdom Pen a while ago from my friend @aislinn-mollisong, but only now got around to signing up. 😛
I am interested in a wide variety of books, but mostly the fantasy genre. I mainly write fantasy and sci-fi stories, and a little poetry as well.

I don’t mind at all! I actually have several WIPs.
The one I’ve been working on for the longest time is a 5 book fantasy series which follows the main character, Ariella, through her journeys and trials as she attempts to discover the truth about her past. So far the first drafts of 4 of the books are finished, and I am nearly to the end of the 5th book.
In addition, I have written a sci-fi short story about a city on a planet with a poisonous atmosphere and how that city came to destruction. I submitted it for publishing in an anthology competition, but never heard anything back about it. 🙁 I recently read it over again and I’ve realized that I needed to do a lot more editing.
I’ve begun writing another sci-fi story about 4 siblings whose parents are killed and whose littlest sister, who happens to be a child prodigy, was kidnapped by an evil organization. You can tell I got a bit of my inspiration for this from the Quest for Truth series, hehe…. 😛
Oh, and I have another book that I’ve been working on recently which is based off a dream I had about shapeshifters and people who have gifts and protect a magical barrier. There’s a bit of allegory in that one, and I have the plot written out. I just need inspiration now.

@radically-surrendered I do like to sing, but not in front of other people. Heheh… My mom used to teach me how to play flute and piano, but you could say I’m a bit musically challenged so I stopped. 😛

My favorite books? Let’s see.
The Wingfeather Saga, the Ilyon Chronicles, the Chronicles of Narnia, the Peabody Adventure Series, the Inheritance Cycle, and the Quest for Truth Series. I also like most of the books by L. M. Montgomery, especially Anne of Green Gables and Rilla of Ingleside (Walter is my favorite character in that book).
BOOM. I don’t think I forgot any, did I? Oh wait. *whispers* I also like Embers Burning, if anyone has heard of that awesome book. *smirk*
