Man who else is going to have a hard time not writing an eclipse inspired story after this??

ikr, oh it hasn’t started yet but man I got the chills, what a way God uses His creation to strengthen our faith. Okay I need to go journal I might blow up if I don’t. XD 😀 😛

I know! We’re not in the path of totality, but close to, and it’s raining here. I’d like to see the way the light changes, for story things of course, but if it’s already dark I won’t be able to tell. And I’ll be in class soon, in a room without windows. (What is it with public schools not having windows?)

@salome01w4g Since we’re in TX, we only saw about 60% cover, but it was still really cool! It was really cool how the light slowly changed here. The lighting was like nothing I’ve ever seen before!

Man that’s cruel and unusual punishment!! I wish I could put post pictures up of totality if only lasted about a minute but it was very neat.@emily
Yeah my we got to face with my aunt (who’s in TX) and she said it just got darker than normal.
Yeah the lighting was so…. not eerie but not normal it was interesting indeed!~I don’t know what I’m doing~

@salome01w4g That’s neat. Did you use special glasses or did you make a pinhole camera? We did the camera 😉
@emily glasses , our bank was giving them out free. Man I wish I could show pictures, I have em’ on my blog but I don’t want to link non-story stuff. 🙁

@salome01w4g I saw the totality! It was jaw-dropping, super-amazing!!!!!!! I just…I don’t think that I can do justice to the incredibility of it all. The corona, the color! AAHHH!

*cries* I got partial. *wipes tears* But I saw it on TV. *Grins* They kept saying ‘glasses on’ ‘glasses off’ and ‘diamond ring’ along with ‘eclipse’ and ‘totality’. Mostly the glasses and ring part. It was pretty cool though.
If only I could see it all… Oh, wait I can! *runs off* KAY! KAY! I need to borrow your dimension travel machine!

well…. most people never get to see even a partial on sooooo. Oh dear stuck in your story’s time machine…. uh-uh-uh @dragon-snapper your the one with wings well if you come get me I’ll go rescue her with you! *grins*~I don’t know what I’m doing~
*Machine appears and Catwing and Kay Waters step out* [Kay Waters is a character of mine with a dimension traveling machine]
Kay:*panting* Don’t ever do that again.
Catwing: *falls out of machine* I won’t, don’t worry. I still have no idea why it put me into a dimension where eclipses are so… Weird. *shivers* They really thought I was a shadow of the moon.
Kay: Yep *holds up a portable CD player* At least I had a spare dimension traveler. *frowns* You of all people should know what happens when the traveler is low on fuel.
Catwing: *sighs* It goes to a closer dimension even if it’s locked. *shakes her head*
Kay: Well, I have to go do a job. Bye. *leaves*
