Your Sporadic Weekly Encouragement ❤️❤️
But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for him, to tell others of the night-and-day difference he made for you—from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.
– 1st Peter 2: 9-10
You were chosen, out of billions, trillions, of people, to be set-apart for Christ.
How amazing is that?
Just take a moment and focus on that.
You were chosen, by God, for His work.
God called you, no matter how messed up you feel, to do His work in this world. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done in the past, or what you will do in future, He called you because He wanted you! He didn’t want anything else when you met your salvation story. He just wanted you. And now, He has called you to SHINE! You’ve been transformed from nothing to something. From worthless to chosen. From old to new. You are precious, amazing, fantastic, chosen, and a radically loved Child of God! God called you perfectly imperfect.
Don’t be afraid.
Instead, stand firm.
Believe in God for His love.
For you were called to proclaim blessings and light into the dark world we live in!
How awesome is that!?
So don’t be afraid, be relentless.
