I am OrangeArmadillo. I don’t really know much about writing, but I really like to write fantasy or sci-fi stories. I like to code video games, play drums and guitar, and sing for our youth group. Besides that I’m homeschooled and like to play basketball. I thought it would be a good idea to try this out and get some tips on how to write better stories.
Also I have no idea how any of this works so an explanation would be GREAT.
Pretty sure I’m doing that Wedding/Hotel RP with my character Klayden the Vermillian (Pretty much a big armadillo that rolls up to travel and can fight with a sword).
Who else likes fantasy here?

Favorite book, gotta be Price Warriors ( there’s probably a lot of better ones but I don’t read much 🙂 )
WIP, I’m working on a trilogy with my sister, Solfyre. It’s about a place called Zutora.
Movie, definitely the Mario movie.
Show, I can’t remember what it’s called but it’s about apologetics and it’s by William Lane Craig

Favorite book series is, again, Prince Warriors because I haven’t read much.
Do I like crafting or sports? I like basketball, soccer, baseball, ping pong, pickleball, kickball, and a lot more. As for crafts, I like clay modeling even though I’m no good at it.
I like to write pretty often, whether for a book or for one of my games’s storylines.

I’m Janellebelovedpig, also just called Janelle. Most importantly, I am a new creation in Christ. I am also a homeschool graduate, youngest of 11, and full-time sales clerk, while part time poetess, musician (very beginning), and a writing Christian.
Glad you’re here! That’s so cool that you code video games! What program do you use? My two brothers worked on coding a video game for one of their stories and universes. Do you like making up the back stories for your games? What are your favorite characters like?

I use Unity with C# code and sometimes a simpler one called Scratch because I need a mental break 🙂
I do like to make the backstories, and I make the art and audio too.
My favorite characters… Not sure if you mean my characters or someone elses, but I’ll give both just in case.
The ones I made:
I made one called Bloop that’s just a red stick dude.
There’s also Hero, in a game I’m making called The Color Crystals (It’s just a smaller one on Scratch but hey it’s something)
From others:
I like Rocket, Iron Man, Spider Man, and lots of other Marvel characters
Star Wars guys like Luke Skywalker and Han Solo

I like to make platformer games (like Mario) and RPG style games. I plan on making a game called Crusaders that’s a dramatic take on the end times in the Bible. You have to save the Christians and balh blah blah… (also there’s the angel Michael but everyone calls him Mike lol)
Drums, two years. Guitar, like 3 1/2 months.
Favorite type of music is Christian Contemporary. Usually upbeat.
