Hi guys… so… new here and wanted to add a profile + cover pic to my account y’know? but I keep getting this message

“Upload Failed! Error was: Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/avatars/12619/avatars/12619. Is its parent directory writable by the server?”

Anyone know how to fix this?

I think I had a similar problem . . I just picked a different photo and it worked , lol

Not sure if this really helped, but maybe try that??

It’s been like that for a little while now, even with uploading pics on forums. Since… monday? Kathleen knows though, so she should be figuring it out soon.

@hannahn Unfortunately there’s currently a problem with the site where it won’t let you upload photos onto it, including to change propics and stuff. I tried to change my cover pic the other day and I’m pretty sure I got the same response. I’d tag the moderators but I don’t know who they are haha…

You can pronounce it however you want.

Yep, KP has been acting weird with uploading pics and stuff like that. I don’t know how to fix it, but @kathleenramm already knows about it. So, we’ll see if she’s able to fix it. 🙂
