Well, first off I’m a young teen who strives to show my faith in Jesus, our Messiah. And I long to show others the love that He showed us and to search for Truth. I believe we are all called to strive for that Narrow Road and that He called us Chosen through the His overwhelming, never ceasing grace.

Secondly, I’m a young author passionate about bringing clean, morally sound reads into the world. Currently, I’m working on my second novel, in a three part series(in which I hope there’s many more )! To name a few of my favorites activities: I enjoy hiking, climbing trees, kayaking, painting, writing, and playing mandolin, guitar, and piano. I’m a forest enthusiast dwelling in the midst of Northern Michigan. When I’m not writing you can most likely find me in the middle of the woods, engrossed at the spectacular works of Creation. I love to encourage young writers seeking to nurture that spark of imagination in themselves as well as preparing for the next generation and their book content.

Thirdly, (is that how you say that lol) I love coffee and gummy bears and I have an odd obsession with  blue Gatorade.

Yup. That’s a bit about me. Tho, I’m a little weirder than most, I just have a passion like everyone else and want to get other like minded believers. Swell, ain’t it?

@wilder-w. Welcome to Kingdom Pen! I am FreedomWriter76(I’m also fairly new to the forums!) and I am here to welcome you! 🙂

Ain’t nothing wrong with being weird. 😉 If you talk to me, you’ll learn that I’m a freak. XD (but gummy bears are delicious anyways. XD) OOH, I’m learning Guitar!(only know a few chords so far, but alas XD) I have an Electric Guitar. Sadly, don’t have an acoustic, but my electric guitar is great! 😉 What kind of guitar do you have? I know a writer that lives in Northern Michigan! What’s your favorite thing about Michigan? (I know basically nothing about Michigan. I am a born and raised Southerner, so…XD Lived in the South my whole life. XD)

On Kingdom Pen we have a tendency to ask newcomers questions! And I’m here first, so let me start! 😉

        1. What Genre do you write and why do you write in that genre?

        2. What’s your favorite Band?

        3. What’s your favorite ice cream flavor?

And…4. Are there any shows or movies that you’re a huge fan of? (I’m a huge Marvel fan and Nerd. XD)

Alrighty! That’s enough questions for now! Can’t wait to talk to you and see you around on Kingdom Pen. God Bless you! 🙂

Oh gosh! Thank you for allowing my weirdness lol! You’ll find that I’m a bit crazy, have an odd way of dealing with things but, hey, all the more interesting, am I right?

I LOVE ELECTRIC GUITAR! Geez, I wish I had one lol. Currently all I do is acoustic for my church/youthgroup band but, you know, dreams to be a band member one day. *sighs* One day lol.

Oh my goodness! You know a Michigan writer!!!!??? Would you be willing to share thus info??? I’m always looking for new Michigan writers….

My family has been Southerners as well. In fact, used to live in Florida and Hawaii for a bit…but then, Michigan came into our hearts and we moved over yonder. Yup.

I write for Middle Grade/ YA fantasy…by far, I’ve only written and published one book, but the second is on its way! I write for that genre, bc, often times….we overlook it. Sorry to everyone who thinks their doing a great job checking what their children read.
I just have had experiences where I got scarred from reading books WAY too inappropriate. They shouldn’t have been there in the first place.
So, I write clean, morally sound content.
I’m also a nerd about foxes…so I write about them lol.

Oooooh, favorite band….well, I listen to a slew of different things: from instrumental to Christian pop to old folk/Irish. Currently, I’m a big fan of Eternal Eclipse and Neon Feather.

I’m a weird person right? Well, my fav ice cream favor is lemon. Yeah….lol XD.

I’m a big fan of The Chosen, not a huge Marvel fan, but I respect you girl.

Yup. Did I do alright? First time doing this so I mean, kinda jittery. Do I get sent to KP prison if I do it wrong?? Lol XD.

@wilder-w. You’re Welcome. I will always allow weird. You’re talking to a very crazy and weird teenager. 😉

Oh cool! I’m sure doing that for your church is fun! Yeah, I’m trying to learn because I want to, and then, my Dad won’t have to swap guitars in between songs at Church. He’s our Church’s only Guitar player, and some songs need acoustic, some need electric, some need both, so once I learn how to play electric, we can have electric and acoustic at the same time! But for now, I just sing on the worship team. XD

Of course! She’s the author of my favorite book! She’s a Christian Author. She writes Historical Fiction. Her name is Jayna Baas. Let me get her website. UNO MOMENTO! Here it is: https://www.booksbyjayna.com/ She will also answer my writing questions and all in all she’s a very kind, wonderful Christian Writer. Definitely check her out! She’s working on her second book, and I absolutely cannot wait! 😉

Fantasy’s cool! Congrats on already publishing a book! I love your passion for writing good books for that age. Because that is sadly disappearing and disappearing fast. :'( Of course, all in all, that’s everyone’s mission on Kingdom Pen. To spread the Gospel, to write good books, and to make a difference in this world. 😉 I write for a bit older audience and I write Historical Fiction, but fantasy is still an awesome genre!

Lemon Ice Cream actually sounds delicious! I love lemons! (But I love coconuts more. XD)

*Gasps* ANOTHER CHOSEN FAN!? I didn’t mention it, but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE CHOSEN!!! AHHHHH!!!! Who’s your favorite!? (Other than Jesus…because of course he’s the fav. XD) My favorite is most certainly Simon Peter.

No Girl, you did great! Aw no, there’s no KP Prison unless you do something bad. We’re all about grace and mercy here. 😉

Whew, just glad there isn’t any KP prison around lol!!!

Yeah, I know the author…she’s great isn’t she!! I haven’t read her books yet but I learned about her from Joy C. Woodbury (my absolute person I look up to a ton!).

Yeah….that’s my passion….other then being a bird nerd.

Lemon….yes. I eat lemons whole. I also really, really love coconut! Like a ton!!!!

YUS!!!! I LOVVEEE THE CHOSEN!!!! And oh my word, I love Simon Peter too!!! He’s my fav! Side’s Jesus, bc he’s like the bomb.com. I love Simon tho bc I can relate to him. His failure, his logical thinking, his struggle. Yeah….I even got giddy at the romantic, not so romantic stuff in the first season.

@wilder-w. Yes, Jayna is wonderful. 😉 (her book is awesome too! I highly recommend it! I haven’t gotten a chance to talk to Joy yet, but from what I’ve heard she seems like a very kind person.)

Hey, birds are awesome! 😉 Ain’t nothing wrong with loving all the birds!

Coconut’s so good, isn’t it? I don’t understand people that say they hate it, lol. XD XD XD

YAY for Simon Peter! I can relate to his temper quite a bit. And his wanting to solve all the problems in his life alone. Ooh, and his stubbornness. That is most certainly me, lol. XD Simon Peter is just so RELATABLE! (I love Matthew too tho.) Well of course besides Jesus. Isn’t he everyone’s favorite? XD

@freedomwriter76. I’m so sorry for responding late! I’ve been kinda busy with my job and all lol.

Yus, I love birds. Love birds…lol, I’m a bird nerd.

Coconut’s are sooooo good!!! I love them!

And as for Simon Peter…The Chosen outdid themselves won his character. I will never see the redemption story the same way!
