Right. Here is an idea that @daeus had. And I figured it deserves its own topic. Here is his idea:

Here’s an idea. Maybe those of us that have this problem (being distracted and not writing) could log in and holler out to see if anyone wants to write with them for a certain period of time. If anyone is available, then they could both do it together at that exact same time. If someone else is doing it with you, I think it would be easier to keep on track since you can’t let them down.

So if you want a writing partner for a period of time, tag them here. Good luck and have fun. 😀

This sounds like the Word Wars we do on OYAN. We have a contest, for a set amount of time, like for 15 minutes (i.e., from 0:10 to 0:25; we say 0 to account for time zone differences and to avoid confusion), and write to see who gets the most words written in that time. It’s a great way to get going when you don’t have much inspiration 🙂

@daeus Im’ not actually sure which day you were talking about. Time zones make it all confusing.

I could do with someone to write with now and/or in a couple of hours.

I’ll be asleep unfortunately. I’ll have to study the Australian time zone(s) tomorrow to figure out how you Aussies and I can work together on this.
