@daeus That makes more sense, I wish I could do that but my back would revolt. Working for only 30 minutes has me in pain.

@salome01w4g I can totally sympathize. I used to have bad back problems. I still have some pain, but I’m mostly recovered. Feeling discomfort after 30 minutes isn’t abnormal, but if you’re in pain from sitting that long, it sounds like you have back issues. I find that those ball chairs are more comfortable than normal chairs and standing is generally better for posture than sitting. I also don’t stand still for a whole hour. I get walk around the room for a few seconds every minute or so and I shift around on my feet while I’m standing. Most likely, you’re dealing with a weak back. That’s what my problem was, even though I never would have guessed it.

I have an un-official back injury, I fell down our deck stairs when I was 9 or 10 and have had issues ever since, (+ very bad posture). I definitely prefer standing over sitting, i really need to get a exercise ball to sit on I find I feel way better if I use that. I’m hoping to work up to an hour, baby steps I guess….
