@Jess Yes, and there is Wingfeather. But I think it is far from both Wingfeather and Inkheart to work. And it actually clicks, unlike most of the other names I’ve been trying. 😉
INTJ - Inhumane. No-feelings. Terrible. Judgment and doom on everyone.
July 12, 2017 at 6:26 pm #36801@Hope oh yeah, Wingfeather. *gasps* How’d I forget that??? So, good luck!

Inspiration<@Hope Writing in the Light Publishing is still my favorite. But Inkfeather Publications is cool… I think WitL goes better with your… mission? though. I mean, it obviously does. But I really like it.
July 12, 2017 at 7:25 pm #36811@Hope, Iggyfeather! That’s what I thought of. Not the Inkheart books, maybe because I never finished them? But since you write fantasy, mostly, the Wingfeather connexion shouldn’t be a problem. It’s not like someone would find you while looking for Wingfeather stuff, and be disappointed to find you write contemporary romance and crime fiction, or something.
July 12, 2017 at 8:10 pm #36813@emma-flournoy Yes, but your sister is on my side, so there. XD I do still like Writing in the Light, and will keep my blog named that or will rework it into a tagline. But Inkfeather sounds… cooler. More official.
@Northerner Never heard of Iggyfeather. I think there are enough ink and feather things that the name doesn’t take anything from any of them while still being a cool and pretty unique name (and generally related to Christian works, I think, though I’m not sure why).INTJ - Inhumane. No-feelings. Terrible. Judgment and doom on everyone.
July 12, 2017 at 8:13 pm #36815@Hope um, well, Iggyfeather is what Peet calls the Wingfeathers?

Inspiration<@Hope, Iggyfeathers is what Peet calls the Igibys or Wingfeathers.
July 12, 2017 at 8:17 pm #36820@Northerner, @jess Right… it’s been a bit since I read the books. XD My brain isn’t working with names right now.

July 12, 2017 at 8:18 pm #36821@Hope Yah yah. XD Though I think Writing in the Light also sounds more official. So…so there.
July 13, 2017 at 10:52 am #36848@hope I like Writing In The Light a lot. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw you were looking for another name though was “LightWrighter publishing”
Just a brainstorm idea.
July 13, 2017 at 11:17 am #36852@kina-lamb LightWrighter sounds cool too. The main problem being that Lightwriter is a thing and that might get confusing. 🙁

July 13, 2017 at 12:14 pm #36859@hope So, the majority of the people like Writing in the Light, but that is a little long. What if you could make a logo of it and put that on the side of your book, like the picture I attached? Kinda like what Tolkien did.

July 13, 2017 at 12:16 pm #36861@Hope nope, why should I elaborate? It wasn’t my idea. *cheeky grin* XD
*coughs* Writing in the Light, for those of the curious, is a very difficult thing to put a unique logo to. Aside from light rays and candles and lanterns and other such highly cool, highly overused symbols. Therein, apparently, lies its difficulty and unsuitableness.
Kate out.
