@daughteroftheking It is tricky. The computer coding I’m playing with is Scratch, which is an online coding language/website. It’s free. (Did I say that already?) *scratches a chair* You can drag and drop the code pieces and edit them a bit. It’s easier than normal coding. 🙂
@joy I think I could… At least if they’re part of the same book. But they could maybe count anyway. *shrug*IMMA KAPEEFER! Til we're old and gray!

Also Joy, I’m sure it counts. The aim of Nano isnt to write 30k in order, just to write them. As long as they’reall from the same book, I think its fine.

Inspiration<I’m done! 50k with ten days to go 🙂 I don’t really feel much like celebrating, though, because of how messy this month was, but I do want to keep writing and I think I’ve finally got into a habit of doing it daily, so this month wasn’t a total loss.

Rushed footsteps pound down outside the door. Closer. Closer. My breath hitches in my chest and I mentally snuff out the flames. They vanish. Caeden glances up at the door. Who is it? What’s going on?
The door flies open, thudding as it hits the wall and a small man runs in, glancing about the room before dropping his gaze to us. “Searcher—” He panted breathlessly and Caeden stands, his forehead creasing into a frown.
“What is it Wik?” Gone was the usual gentle voice, replaced with a hard one.
The man called Wik gestures behind him, “The Liabron is on fire! And Callers are streaming down on the city.” He flaps his arms about helplessly.
Caeden shoots me a glare, “Jade? Is this you?”
I scowl. He’s accusing me? Just because the word fire was used. Honestly. “No. I don’t randomly burn down forests.”
But it really does seem that trouble is attracted to fire.
It has been heaps of fun NaNo-ing with all of you! Keep up the good writing!
