Praying! I know it can be hard. My mom struggles with the same thing, and I get what you mean about feeling like you aren’t able to help her in any way. But Gracie, trust me, prayer is powerful. More so than you can know! @graciegirl

@Graciegirl Oh yes, I shall certainly pray for her. Moms have a hard enough time as it is, with out additional stress to make things worse. And I’ll be praying for you too; I know what it’s like to watch your mom struggle, and have to stand on the sidelines, unable to do anything to help.

I completely get the feeling- both the hardship of watching your mom struggle and how sometimes there’s nothing you can do except not add to the burden. I will definitely be praying.

@graciegirl – Most definitely praying. My mum has taken my two older sisters through grades 1 – 12 in home school, and she’ll have finished another 12 years with me next year. It hasn’t been smooth sailing the whole way, but when you know you’re following God’s calling, He’ll provide the strength. 🙂
