    Hi!

I’m Elizabeth and a fifteen year old who wants to write in my future to serve my Heavenly Father.

I really love reading the discussions here even from England as so many people are like minded to me πŸ˜„

I love to read and also play the piano.

@pickupyourpenandwrite WELCOME!! How long have you been playing the piano? I’m 15, too.
have you started any serious writing projects before? (I’m on my first)

    I can't believe it's not butter!

@pickupyourpenandwrite Welcome and salutations! *throws confetti*Β  What’s you’re favorite genre to read? Do you have a favorite book?

But not without regard for the double negative!

@pickupyourpenandwrite Hello!Β  I play the piano too, but I like singing better. πŸ™‚

I think we have a couple other people here who live in England, but I’m not exactly sure who.

How many siblings do you have?

I’ve been playing the piano for a couple of years although I definitely prefer to write! I’ve tried to write a couple of full length novels. The first two didn’t really work and when I look back I can’t even believe I wrote them 😜but my latest book has reached past 50,000 words. πŸ˜€

I love mysteries and recently heard of a genre called cosy crime. The crime isn’t too gruesome and the protagonist is often funny or has some relatable idiosyncrasies.

@pickupyourpenandwrite Welcome to the bestistest place on the internet!! Do you like horses?

Feel free to disregard any and all writing advice given. It's mostly just my opinion anyways.

Hi! My story at the moment Β is about an eleven year old school girl who solves mysteries in her boarding school with the help of her five best friends. I’m at the end of the first draft now though which isn’t as fun as writing it πŸ˜‚

I’ve got to admit I’m not much of a horse person but I do like the tv show Heartland which is all about horses 😝

@pickupyourpenandwrite Your story sounds fun! Kinda Nancy Drew-ish.

My mom and I watched an episode of Heartland once, but we like Jane Austen movies more. πŸ™‚ The 1995 Pride and Prejudice is the best. Have you seen it?

Hello! Welcome to KP! πŸ˜€ Make yourself at home. Hope you like raspberries! *Showers you in fresh raspberries*
So you write mystery? That’s cool! Mystery sound kind of hard to write. Do you find it harder then any other genre?

    and I was so confused

@pickupyourpenandwrite Welcome aboard! Congrats on finishing your first draft for the story! It sounds pretty cool!

Going back and looking at your earlier writings can be a cringing experience, but it’s always nice to see how far you’ve come in your writing.

I enjoy mysteries too. What are some of your favorite mysteries to read and/or watch?

Yep I love that Pride and Predjudice but if you want a comedy my favourite is the Bollywood musical version of the film- Bride and Prejudice. It’s really good !
