I haven’t had time to read the other posts, but I will. It is bookmarked!!

    @epicaddie2

    So.

    Inspiration eh?

    *cough*
    I had this problem.

    For six months.

Which is why I’m going to help you get out of it.

The way I survived those six months was by writing the first story idea that came to my head the day that I got it. Of course, now I have more than twenty one-page stories that will never be finished on my harddrive, but besides that…

We are writers. Just write down the first interesting thing that comes to your mind. Think about it, a lot. Brainstorm it. Inspiration comes in the strangest places. Maybe in bed. Maybe at breakfast. Maybe several hundred feet underground.

But the point is, just write. It doesn’t have to be anything complicated. It doesn’t have to be anything you plan on finishing. File through old notebooks. Read some of your old work. Look at cool inspirational photos. You’ll get an idea eventually. When I did, it ended up being a trilogy…heh.

    Good luck!

@dragon-snapper *admiring your GIFs* What movies are those from?

I actually got an idea by looking at my microwave just a few minutes ago. *shrugs* Writers are weird like that, I suppose. Now I want to work on that idea, but there’s the tiny problem of my history fair paper. *sighs*

I now realize that those aren’t actually GIFs. I guess my brain made them move in my head…?

@epicaddie2 They’re from National Treasure. Well, we can pretend they’re GIFs. 😉

@sam-kowal ikr? The hardest part for me is the middle. I always end up getting…stuck.

@daughteroftheking *goes to write about introverts* I only know one that I know of so you just gave me much insight into the introvert world. 😛 😛

@jess-penrose Pinterest is absolutely the best. 😉 Unfortunately, I don’t ever have time to be bored. 😉

@ingridrd I wish it rained more here. 🙂 I’m sure that that would really help. 😉

@dragon-snapper I LOVE National Treasure! It’s the best! Good advice too. =)

@dragon-snapper  National Treasure is the bessttttt!!!  And that’s some great advice.  I’ll have to use that next time I’m suffering from writer’s block.  It seems like a good strategy.

    Buuuuut….
