Just discovered this. My name is Josh and I enjoy writing fantasy and sci-fi. Occasionally I write poetry and am currently in the process of writing my first novel. I am interested in a critique partner.

What is your novel about? I’m currently working on my first novel too. 😉Well as I’m sure you’ve heard a hundred times, I grew up on J.R.R Tolkein and C.S. Lewis. But I’ve also enjoyed Christopher Paolini’s ‘The Inheritance Cycle’.

@theacornman Welcome to the bestistest place on the internet! Do you have anything, besides writing, that you enjoy doing?
My novel is titled ‘The Two-Headed Eagle’. It is about a forced journey taken by 2 elves to kill the so called Two-Headed Eagle. (Unoriginal so far) but then it unravels it a much larger more complex conflict. I am really trying to make emotion a core focus.

@theacornman Hi Acornman! Welcome to Kingdom Pen. I’m working on a fantasy novel too. Do you like reading fantasy or sci-fi more? I like reading both, but I think fantasy is way easier to write. (Way less research.)
