Hey there! My name is Katie. I’m so glad to have finally found the bestistest place on the internet. 😉
To introduce myself, I will start with this: I live in Ohio and went to church with @daeus and @kina-lamb for 3-4 years. I have also been friends with @kate-flournoy & @emma-flournoy for 6 years. So…other things that I love:

YES! I LOVE Charles Spurgeon’s writings. Do you have a favorite book of his? I also like John MacArthur as well. I have read some of his writings and listened to some of his sermons.
@lifeofkatie Hmm, that’s a tough question. I really liked John Ploughman’s talk, John Ploughman’s Pictures, and Around the Wicket Gate. Right now I’m working on a book that’s a collection of his sermons.

What has been the single greatest blessing in your life?@mariposa – Ooo, I don’t think I’ve read any of those books by him before! I have Morning & Evening and Spurgeon’s Cheque Book of Faith and Beside Still Waters – all of which have been encouraging!

@jess-penrose – 😀 Blue’s the best! Thank you!! I prefer acoustic style (I really like songs that heave less instruments so you can really hear all of the notes on either the guitar or piano…whatever the main instrument is) or a cappella – 🙂 What’s your favorite style?
@dragon-snapper – Wow! I love all of the instruments that you play! That’s awesome! 😀 I have been playing guitar for quite awhile…over 7 years, I believe. I teach myself through YouTube now 😉 I really like playing finger-style songs! What do you like to play on the guitar?@lifeofkatie Niiiice! Acoustic is really beautiful, helps you to really be able to appreciate the music.
Oh, I should know not to ask questions that I don’t have an answer for. Um… I like lots of types… mostly Christian for the lyrics, love good lyrics, but musically, I love the Romantic and Baroque period when it comes to beautiful music. Or on the other end of the spectrum, film music, (Hans Zimmer!!!) But yeah, I’m flexible with music!
Have you heard of Idea of North? They’re an epic Christian a-capella group, I love them!
