Stop bashing on the movies, everyone! 👿 BOTH THE MOVIES AND THE BOOKS ARE EQUALLY GOOD IN DIFFERENT WAYS. There.

And I used to be annoyed by Frodo, but the more I read/watch LOTR, the more I understand him. Don’t bash him, people!
Favorite characters: Gandalf, Galadriel, Aragorn, Eomer, Eowyn and Faramir (ship them SO MUCH), Theoden… (well, anyone from Rohan…I want to live in Rohan…*begins daydreaming*)
*snaps back to attention* Wait, the Hobbit? Let’s just say…the book is a marvel, and while I liked the movies ok, they botched some bits. Not enough dialogue! Seriously, if you’re going to add stuff, use that time to develop the characters, not give us stupid troll-with-stone-block-on-head-bashing-into-wall action or Legolas moves that really belong in an action movie. Just sayin’. *whistles blithely*
Favorite Hobbit characters: Fili and Kili, Bilbo, Bard (the way I picture him, not the way he is in the movies), Smaug (of course), and Galadriel (again)
After reading about the amount of work they put into the LOTR movies, I CAN’T bash them. They spent 14 months shooting those movies, where most films take 6-12 weeks. And the insane amount of detailing (on costumes and weapons) that you and I will never notice is just…

Then the Shire becomes more of a nightmare). And you can eat and read pretty much all you want. *daydreaming*

I forgot about the books! Dwarves don’t really read books, do they? Hmm… that would be a problem.
