@salome01w4g Have you read any of Elizabeth George Speareās work? My favorites are the Witch of Blackbird Pond, (donāt worry, it isnāt about a witchš) and Calico Captive. Other than that, G.A. Henry is really good too.
Oh, and I just remembered that those are kind of Christian books, so I am not sure if they would have them at your library.August 28, 2017 at 10:32 am #42071Anonymous- Rank: Eccentric Mentor

@salome01w4G Definitely you should check out Elizabeth George Speareās books! They are great. Especially āThe Witch of Blackbird Pondā (there is no actually witch in it, if you are worried about reading about witches š) and āCalico Captiveā.

@salome01w4g Also, Rosemary Sutcliffās āThe Roman Britain Trilogyā is great.
August 28, 2017 at 11:06 am #42077Iāve read Speareās books before though the Witch of Blackbird pond I found the beginning grueling to get through. š @shannon Hmmm Iāll look that up

@salome01w4g Thatās too bad, maybe you should try the Witch of Blackbird Pond again. It is one of my favorite books!
August 28, 2017 at 12:29 pm #42084@Salome01w4g I know youāre probably gone by now, but have you ever read Johnny Tremain? Thatās one of my favorite historical fiction books ever.
