@sarah-anson WOW! Thanks, that really helps!Boys’ eyes are easier to draw, at least in the type of manga I am somewhat capable in drawing. Girls’ eyes also have the eyelashes, which take time to ink in. But that’s just me.

www.jennaterese.com@jenwriter17 There is nothing shameful about having to use reference photos. Even the best artists out there use some kind of reference, be it photos or live models.
For some reason, though, I tend to have more trouble drawing chibis than I do regular manga style drawings. There’s just something about the proportions of the heads that I have trouble getting right.
